I love all aspects of photography but I am most passionate about photographing exotic wild cats. Most of my subjects are captive animals residing at the Shambala Preserve in Acton California. I have been filming them for over 25 years and the cumulative experience with these animals has manifested itself in the intimate nature of my photos.
Other works represented are from assignments I have worked on which often entailed various travels throughout the world.

1930 Ford Model A Tudor Sedan was owned and built by Junichi Shimodaira of Paradise Road in Nagoya, Japan in 2003 . Sold to Chuck Schauwecker of Carson, CA. who remains the current owner. Images were shot on location in the Los Angeles Downtown Art District.

The SHAMBALA PRESERVE is an exotic cat sanctuary for unwanted,excess, and abused big cats. I have served as it's staff photographer now for many years and most of my big cat photos were taken there. SHAMBALA is owned and operated by the non profit ROAR FOUNDATION which was founded by actress and animal rights activist Tippi Hedren. She also serves as the Foundation's president.
